If you’re looking to land a role as a senior analyst at Capgemini, you’ll need to be ready for a thorough and comprehensive interview process. Having recently gone through this experience myself, I wanted to share my thoughts on what to expect and how to put your best foot forward at every stage.

Introduction: If you’re a fresher who has just completed your Graduation or in final year of graduation thinking to start your career or a business analytics professional looking to take your career to the next level, there are few companies as prestigious as Capgemini. As a global leader in consulting, technology services, and digital transformation, Capgemini is known for its top-notch talent and its commitment to helping clients drive innovation and growth. However, getting a job at Capgemini is no easy feat, especially if you’re applying for a senior analyst role. The interview process is rigorous and designed to test your skills, experience, and cultural fit. In this article, I’ll share my personal experience going through the Capgemini senior analyst interview process, from the first phone screen to the final interview. I’ll provide an overview of what to expect, share the questions I was asked, and offer some insights on how to prepare for each stage of the process. Whether you’re thinking of applying to Capgemini or simply curious about what it takes to land a job at one of the world’s top consulting firms, this article will give you a glimpse into the world of Capgemini’s hiring process.

Overview of the Interview Process: I have received this opportunity through On campus Placement. We have to apply through superset platform.

There were 3 roles offered:

· Analyst: 4.25 Lacs (4 LPA + 25k one-time incentive)

· Analyst (Differential Offering): 5.75 Lacs (5.5 LPA+ 25k one-time incentive)

· Senior Analyst: 7.5 LPA

At the time of applying, you cannot select the role. After applying I received the invite for online test.

Online Test:

There were 4 parts of this online test. All the parts were considered for elimination. It means that if you have failed in any part, then you will be eliminated from process. You cannot participate in further round.

1. English (25 to 30 min): Questions related to grammar, spotting errors, fill in the blanks type.

2. Aptitude (30 to 40 min): Medium level questions, make sure to practice some online test papers, you will be able to solve all aptitude problems.

3. Pseudocode (10 question 25 min): Predict the Output from the Given Code.

4. Gaming (35 to 40 min): You have to play 4 logical games. All games have proper instructions and you have to play the game according to the given instructions. (Note : Make sure to read the instructions properly, this will help you to play the game faster.)

Generally, result of the online test will be mailed to you on next day. After you cleared the Online Test, you will receive a mail from superset about the Coding Assessment.

Coding Assessment: In this assessment, there will be 2 coding questions which you have to solve in 40 minutes. Level of questions will be easy to medium. In most of the cases level is easy. You can easily solve these questions if you have practiced coding questions in the past.

Based on above 2 tests, you will receive interview invite for the selected role. You will be informed about the role based on your performance.

Personal Interview: Interview will be conducted on superset platform. You will receive mail for the interview slot.

Questions asked in Personal Interview:

1. Tell me something about yourself.

2. Tell me about your projects. (Note: Explain all the features of your projects and any new feature you have implemented. Make sure to explain in short and informative way.)

3. Whether a group project or individual project.

4. If any group project you have done, then please tell what challenges you have faced.

5. How you overcome the above challenges.

6. OOPS Concept

7. Runtime and Compile time polymorphism

8. Language specific Basic questions (Most probably Java Language)

9. Access modifiers

10. Willing to relocate or not.

Tips related to Interview:

1. Make sure to explain the projects and be ready to face cross questions about the project.

2. Prepare CS fundamentals well.

3. You can talk about your internship and some of your achievements related to technical field in the introduction part.

4. Be honest about what you tell in the introduction part, there will be some cross questions related to that.

5. Prepare your resume well and know about the contents you have added in it.

Overall Interview Level: Easy to Moderate

Within 10 days after the interview I received mail from superset that I was Selected for Senior Analyst Role.
